DD Councils are required to submit federal reports that contain information about the goals, objectives, and activities of the Council.  The State/Territory plan describes what work the DD Council will do for a 5-year period, and the program performance report (PPR) describes the outcomes and impact of the work that was completed during a reporting year.  The complete collection of resources for federal reports are listed on this page.
