Leadership Lab

Leadership Labs are designed for Council members in leadership roles, such as Chair, Vice-Chair, Executive Committee members and members leading or co-leading Council committees.
Consensus – what is it and why does it matter? During this Leadership Lab we will talk about making decisions as a group, what consensus is and how we help our Council reach consensus. This conversation is useful for anyone who must help lead a group to a decision, even when there are multiple opinions.
