Federal performance measures are broad, reflect general outputs, outcomes and sub-outcomes for two areas, indivdiual and family advocacy, and systems change.  All DD Council programs report data for the same measures to inform the Administration for Community Living Indicators of Progress used for the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) measures.
