DD Councils that accepted the CDC funding, are required to report data in order for ACL to capture the impact you made in your state or territory. A reporting instrument required to complete the report is available at the link below. All DD councils that accepted funding will report on the data for the period from April 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022. The report is due no later than March 31, 2023. Email the completed report to your assigned Program Specialist.
