Important Information and new DUE DATES for State Plan Amendments, State Plan Updates, and Updates to the FFY 2025 Annual Work Plan and FFY 2026 Annual Work Plan.
Please note the following due dates for required reports.
State Plan Updates and State Plan Amendments (new due dates!)
- The Verity system will open on May 29, 2024.
- Updates or Amendments are DUE June 21, 2024.
Please note:
- OIDD Project Officers will review and approve State Plan Updates and Amendments from June 24 – July 10, 2024.The Verity System will not be available to Council staff from July 11 through July 17, 2024. Verity staff will be transferring approved state plan reports internally during this time.
FFY 2025 and FFY 2026 Annual Work Plans
- The Verity system will open for AWPs on July 18, 2024
- Annual Work plan updates (for FFY 2025) and the FFY 2026 Annual Work plan are DUE August 15, 2024.
